Our CS:GO roster undergoes minor changes.
With immediate effect, @DuDe_CSGO will step down from his position as a player and will support the team as an analyst, whilst @ScrunKcs becomes the new IGL of our team on a temporary basis.#aufgehtsattax pic.twitter.com/BrnLj5raPR
DuDe joined ALTERNATE aTTaX in January 2019 as the in-game leader for the German organization. The 2020 season has been unfruitful for ALTERNATE aTTax so far. They were eliminated swiftly from the 99Damage League after losing to Unicorns of Love 2-0 in the grand finals in late 2019. And, they were also eliminated from the CMD368 Championship in 7-8th place in late January 2020 after losing both of their series to GamerLegion and SKADE in 2-0 fashion. It seems this slow start prompted ALTERNATE aTTaX to make this shuffle.
ScrunK joined ALTERNATE aTTaX as their coach in early January 2020. ScrunK and Sabit "mirbit" Coktasar joined the roster at the same time. ScrunK was a professional player for expert from August 2018 - September 2019 prior to joining the German organization.
With this roster shuffle, ALTERNATE aTTaX are now:
- Marko "kressy" Đordević
- Sabit "mirbit" Coktasar
- Stefan "stfN" Seier
- Fritz "slaxz-" Dietrich
- Robin "ScrunK" Röpke (Coach/Stand-in)
- Dustin "DuDe" Großmann (Analyst)
It is unclear at this time when this iteration of ALTERNATE aTTaX will debut.
