Ukrainian esports organisation, HellRaisers announced on Saturday in a blog post that Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin has been removed from its active Dota 2 roster and placed on its transfer list.
According to HellRaisers CEO, Alex “Magician” Slabukhin, ALOHADANCE refused to practice with the team even though DOTA Summit 11 is just a few days away. His actions put the team’s form and its ability to attend the event at risk, which is why the organisation has decided to part ways with the Ukrainian player. “We consider this kind of attitude highly unprofessional and unacceptable for the HellRaisers tag,” said Magician.
In a VK post, ALOHADANCE states that there’s more to the story, but he will not be airing the organisation’s dirty linen. He confidently adds that when the time is right, the truth will emerge, but the nature of the revelation was not shared.
HellRaisers assured fans that they will still be attending the Minor and will announce ALOHADANCE’s replacement soon.
