Alliance and Team Liquid qualify for MDL Chengdu Major

Yesterday at the MDL Chengdu Major Europe Qualifier, Alliance beat Team Liquid 2-1 in the Upper Bracket Finals to qualify for the Major. Meeting Ninjas in Pyjamas in the Lower Bracket Finals, Liquid defeated them 2-0 to seize the second qualifier spot.

Today, NiP has been joined in the DOTA Summit 11 Europe Qualifiers by Team Singularity, Ascomanni, and Ad Finem after they secured spots through the Major qualifier. Singularity has already made its way into the Upper Bracket Finals after beating Ad Finem 2-0, while NiP battle it out with Ascomanni. The two eventual victors will proceed to The Summit 11, which takes place from November 7-10. 

As for Alliance and Liquid, they proceed to MDL Chengdu Major as the European seeds. Taking place from November 16-24, they will face fierce competition from the remaining 14 teams as they try to take the title and a good chunk of the prize money.
