Epic Games has announced the next pair of free games soon to be available in the digital store. Starting August 2, Alan Wake and For Honor will be accessible for download on Epic Games Store.

Alan Wake, released on Xbox 360 in 2010 and ported to PC two years later, still remains one of the best Remedy Entertainment games. Now the developers are preparing for the Control’s launch and are already thinking about how the town of Bright Falls history should unfold.

Free distribution of For Honor is rather an expected move from Ubisoft, which only reinforces its partnership with Epic. It is worth mentioning that both companies were pleased with the results of cooperation during the release of The Division 2, which was sold only on the Uplay and EGS. They also plan to conduct such transactions with exclusive distributive rights in the future.

Until August 2, Moonlighter and This War of Mine can be downloaded for free on the Epic Games Store.
