Evil Geniuses' Dota 2 player, Abed "Abed" Yusop has done it again. This time he's the first player to reach a solo MMR of 11,000. He announced the news on Twitter earlier today, sharing a screenshot as proof of his achievement.
The Filipino pro player is no stranger to setting MMR records either. On June 25, 2017, Abed became the first player to reach 10,000 solo MMR. He followed up on June 18, 2019, to achieve the same solo MMR under Valve's new Medal system.

Abed has played for a handful of teams since 2015, including Team Onyx, Digital Chaos, and Fnatic. He joined Evil Geniuses in September 2019 and helped them achieve a fourth-place finish at MDL Chengdu Major, second-place at ONE Esports Dota 2 World Pro Invitational Singapore, and second in DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major.
Evil Geniuses also won the recently concluded ESL One Los Angeles 2020 - Online: North America.
