Focus Home Interactive has released a new trailer that is dedicated to the monsters in the game. As far as we know, there are no fantasy elements in the Asobo Studio project. Therefore people are the most terrible monsters in it. The next video is devoted to the Inquisition: the representatives of this religious organization act in the game as creepy monsters - they killed the parents of the main characters and announced the hunt for the children.

Recall that A Plague Tale: Innocence is a grim action-adventure game, which takes place in medieval France, where Amicia de Rune and her younger brother Hugo are trying to get to the University. The task is complicated by the fact that there is war everywhere, the plague is raging, and the Inquisition is rampant, and hordes of rats have become a nightmare in reality.

The previous A Plague Tale: Innocence trailer was released on May 2 and devoted to the gameplay features of the game.

“In A Plague Tale: Innocence join Amicia and Hugo on a grim journey out of childhood and into a harsh 14th-century reality they are ill-prepared for. Pursued by the mysterious and deadly Inquisition, hiding from the rats and suspicious, the angry populace at every turn, while desperately seeking a safe haven - this is their life now, and you must lead them to safety, no matter the danger.”

A Plague Tale: Innocence will be released May 14, 2019, on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
