2K gets lots of complaints

Famous publisher’s customer support is overloaded with tons of complaint tickets about NBA 2K19. Gamers have been waiting for a response from the devs for days and even weeks. 2K Twitter reported that they’re doing everything possible to solve the issues.

Recently, different gaming sources stated that there are some problems with losing in-game currency, progression issues and infinite games. Is that just a vendetta for the lootbox money the publisher lost?
