2019 LCS Summer Split regular season ends with Team Liquid on top

We have come to the end of the 2019 LCS Summer Split regular season and after hard fought battles, the six teams to compete for the championship in the playoffs have been decided. Team Liquid reigns once more in 1st place (14-4), followed by Cloud9 in second (13-6), Counter Logic Gaming third (12-7), TSM fourth (10-8), Clutch Gaming fifth(9-9), and OpTic Gaming sixth(10-10). 

Tied for second place, Cloud9 and Counter Logic Gaming played a tiebreaker which ended 12-6 in favour of Cloud9. 100 Thieves, Golden Guardians and OpTic Gaming were also tied for 6th place but OpTic eventually emerged victorious against 100 Thieves by having the most favorable head-to-head record. They then went on to defeat Golden Guardian 3-0.

The 2019 LCS Summer Playoffs will begin on August 10, with the grand finals holding on August 25.
